The customer’s card is charged on your Stripe account (Stripe Connect — a direct charge). You pay Stripe’s card fees. ToteHQ does not hide a second customer price.
Hosted Checkout
Bookings, invoices, and order changes that cost $0.50 or more open Stripe’s pay page. Free jobs stay on the site. No order is saved until the payment goes through (or the amount due is $0).
Invoices from the dashboard
Phone and email quotes live on the Invoices tab. The customer opens a link, picks dates, accepts legal terms, and pays the same checkout path.
ToteHQ’s share
On Core, ToteHQ takes 10% of each charge until a $99 monthly cap. After the cap, 0% until the 1st. That share is taken on the same payment — not a second checkout.
