Solo, quoting by text
A one-person tote shop took every booking in Messages. Price, dates, and “are they ready?” lived in long threads. One weekend two jobs overlapped. The same stack was promised twice. They still use the phone. They wanted the site to take the paid booking and mark those totes taken so the next overlap could not happen.
Starter stack, no site
A new operator bought about 150 totes and a used van. Friends sent jobs. After-hours quotes went to whoever answered first. They did not need a fancy brand. They needed packages on a real page, a ZIP check, and a card payment before they loaded the truck. That is the Get Found path: a booking site with their name, then the board for delivery and pickup.
