Terms of Service

ToteHQ Pro (“we”, “us”) is operator software for independent tote rental businesses. These terms cover www.totehqpro.com, Apply, operator sign-in, plan checkout, and the operator dashboard.

You apply for access and sign in with a one-time email code. You must use an email you control. Access can be turned off in Admin. Do not share your sign-in.

Core is the plan.

Activation is a one-time fee per business. It is not a booking charge and not a Stripe Connect application fee. It is not refunded after the dashboard is turned on.

After activation, ToteHQ takes a percent of paid customer bookings until an optional monthly max. There is no monthly lock-in. If you stop taking paid bookings on ToteHQ, there is no take that month.

You are merchant of record for customer rentals via Stripe Connect. ToteHQ does not hold rental revenue.

The dashboard and branded booking site are for running a tote rental business. Do not use them to take unpaid rental orders. Tenant data stays isolated. Do not try to access another operator’s data.

Do not use ToteHQ Pro for fraud, spam, or anything illegal. We may pause, suspend, or offboard an account that breaks these terms or harms customers or the platform.

How we collect and use information is in the Privacy Policy, including SMS rules (mobile numbers are not shared for marketing; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply).

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
