Privacy Policy

ToteHQ Pro (“we”, “us”) provides operator software for independent tote rental businesses. This page explains how we handle information collected on www.totehqpro.com, including our early access waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit: email address, ZIP / primary market, and your selected biggest daily frustration. We may also store a source tag (for example, that you joined from the landing page).

If you text a ToteHQ Pro or operator number, or opt in to SMS, we collect your mobile number and the content of those messages.

We automatically receive standard technical data when you use the site (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) via our hosting and analytics providers as part of normal website operation.

We use waitlist information to: confirm your signup, contact you about early access, understand operator needs by market and frustration theme, and improve ToteHQ Pro.

We may send you a confirmation email and occasional product updates related to early access. You can reply to those emails or contact us to ask us to stop.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, database, email delivery, and SMS delivery). They may only use your data to provide those services to us.

If you text a ToteHQ Pro or operator booking number, or opt in to SMS on a ToteHQ-powered site, we use your mobile number to reply to questions and to send booking and rental service messages (for example a pay link). We do not use mobile numbers for unrelated marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

We keep waitlist records for as long as needed to run early access and related communications, or until you ask us to delete your information (unless we must keep it for legal reasons).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information by emailing hello@mail.totehqpro.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the email address you used to sign up. Reply STOP to any ToteHQ or operator text to opt out of SMS.

ToteHQ Pro is for business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product and waitlist grow. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
