How it works

From booking to pickup

The customer books a package. You set those totes aside, deliver, wait, pick up, and close the order.

Takes about 2 minutes · No credit card

  1. 1Customer books a package online

They check the ZIP, pick a package, choose a delivery day, and pay. You get a paid order — not a long text chat about price.

  2. 2You prep and deliver

Set the totes aside, load the job, take photos, and mark delivered. The order keeps the address, window, and counts.

  3. 3They extend or get ready for pickup

On My Rental (their order page), they can cancel, add time, buy a tote to keep, edit, pay, and send a note. Ready-for-pickup is email plus a tap on that page. Text messages are not required.

  4. 4You pick up, photo the return, and close

Out for pickup, photos on return. Missing or damaged totes are a count on the order — you do not need to scan each tote. Then the order closes.

  5. 5What happens to inventory between jobs

Returned totes go back to clean and ready. The next booking can only take totes that are not already promised.
