What’s included on day one
You get a booking site with your name on it — like name.totehqpro.com, or one domain you own, up to 20 city pages. Packages, orders with delivery and pickup photos, bills, partners who ask to join, and My Rental (their order page: cancel, add time, buy a tote to keep, pay, send a note). Email when bins are ready and when the driver is on the way. Mark missing or damaged totes by count — you do not need to scan each tote. Text messages and gift pages are not included. No extra website fee.
Cancellation
- The waitlist is free. You can leave it anytime by emailing hello@mail.totehqpro.com.
- Dashboard access is by application. Closing the dashboard does not charge you. You only pay when you turn Core on at checkout.
- The one-time start fee is for that business. We do not refund it after your dashboard is on.
- We only take a share when bookings get paid. There is no monthly lock-in. If you stop taking paid bookings on ToteHQ, there is no share that month.
