Yes. Packages and inventory are your catalog — plastic moving boxes, crates, bins, or mixed fleets. The booking and delivery loop is the same.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. It’s built for tote rental businesses, not developers. You set packages, prices, availability, and branding in a simple dashboard. No coding required.

What does Core cost?

Start fee: $99 once when you turn Core on. That is not a monthly bill. Share: ToteHQ takes 10% of each paid booking. Monthly cap: after ToteHQ has collected $99 in a month, the share is 0% until the 1st. The $99 start fee is not the $99 monthly cap. The share is taken when a customer pays you. The start fee is due when you turn Core on. The booking site is in Core. It is not a second website bill.

How do I cancel?

The waitlist is free and you can leave anytime. After you turn Core on, we only take a share when bookings get paid. There is no monthly lock-in. The one-time start fee is not refunded after your dashboard is on.

How do online payments work?

You connect Stripe. You are the merchant of record (customers pay you). Customers pay on Stripe’s pay page. Stripe’s card fees are yours. ToteHQ’s share is taken on the same charge.

What is the partner portal?

Realtors ask to join on a tote business’s customer site. The business says yes and can put that partner on a branded page. Delivery and pickup stay on that tote business. totehqpro.com/partners explains this for realtors. It is not a checkout.

Will this help people find my tote rental business?
