Customers pay you. ToteHQ does not hold the money.
You connect Stripe. You are the merchant of record. The customer’s card is charged on your Stripe account. On Core, $99 once to start. ToteHQ Pro takes 10% of each paid booking until a $99 monthly cap (resets on the 1st). After the cap, 0% until the 1st. That share is taken on the same payment — not a second checkout.
Merchant of record
The customer pays you, not ToteHQ. Stripe Connect uses a direct charge on your connected account. You pay Stripe’s card fees. ToteHQ does not hide a second customer price.
Where the money goes
Money settles to your Stripe account. Bookings, invoices, and paid changes that cost $0.50 or more open Stripe’s pay page. No paid order is saved until that payment goes through (or the amount due is $0).

- No. Customers pay your Stripe account. ToteHQ does not hold rental money.

- No. Customers pay on Stripe Checkout. Payment methods stay on your Stripe account. ToteHQ Pro does not store full card numbers.
