Delivery and pickup for tote rentals

Every tote job is drop-off, a rental window, and pickup. ToteHQ Pro keeps address, window, photos, and counts on the order. Email plus the order page — text messages are not required.

Route day

Open the order. Confirm the window and address. Load the counts. Mark the job as you go. The board is the list of what needs you today — not a pile of texts.

Photos on delivery

Take photos when you drop the stack. They live on the order. If someone later says the count was short, you have the drop-off proof.

Ready for pickup

When bins are ready, Core sends email. The customer can tap ready-for-pickup on My Rental (their order page). You do not need SMS to run a pickup. You still pick up on the scheduled day if they never tap.

Photos on return

Out for pickup, photos on return. Missing or damaged totes are a count on the order. You do not need to scan each tote in and out.

What happens to inventory

Returned totes go back to clean and ready after you mark them. The next booking can only take totes that are not already promised. That is how overlapping jobs stop stealing the same stack.

FAQ

Do I need SMS for delivery?
No. Website checkout is Core. Ready-for-pickup is email plus a tap on the order page. Text messages are not included.
Can customers change pickup without calling?
They can change the rental inside the rules you set on My Rental. A balance goes through checkout.
Where is the longer how-it-works story?
The How it works page is the five-step loop. This page is the delivery and pickup depth.
